At 15 years old she claimed national success winning the Pop Prodigy Award shown on national TV she then went on to train at the Brit School and was chosen to appear in a nationwide anti gun campaign – Don't Trigger.
It was not long before the major record labels were showing interest but Jessie decided that she wanted to sign to an independent record label, Gut Records. She has now finished her first Album 'Big White Room', to which her first few performances have blown everyone away.
As clichés remind us, there are performers who are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them. In Jessie's case you could end up believing that she is in the unique position of being blessed with all three.
